Our commitment
Luma Dental, PLLC wants every patient to be able to find information, book care and move through our clinics comfortably. We treat accessibility as part of good care, not a checklist.
Standards we follow
We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities, including low vision, hearing loss, limited movement and cognitive differences.
On our website
Readable text. Color contrast that meets AA guidelines and text that resizes without breaking the layout.
Keyboard friendly. Every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard.
Clear structure. Headings, labels and landmarks that work with screen readers.
Descriptive images. Meaningful photos include alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Reduced motion. Animations are subtle and respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
In our clinics
Step-free entrances, accessible restrooms and treatment rooms at all three locations.
Accessible parking spaces close to each entrance.
Service animals are always welcome.
Sign language interpreters and translated forms available at no cost—just let us know when you book.
Longer appointments and quiet rooms for patients who need more time or a calmer space.
Known limitations
Some third-party tools we use, such as online scheduling and payment providers, may not fully meet our standards. We’re working with those providers and can always help you by phone instead.
Feedback & assistance
If you have trouble using any part of our website or visiting a clinic, please tell us. Call (512) 555-0142, email accessibility@lumadental.com or send a note through our contact page. We aim to respond within two business days.
Alternative formats
