About the role
You’re the first voice patients hear and the first face they see. At Westlake, many patients are coming in for implant consultations, so a steady, reassuring presence matters.
What you’ll do
Answer calls and messages, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and walk patients through written estimates before treatment.
What we’re looking for
Front desk or healthcare experience, comfort with scheduling software and a genuine enjoyment of helping people feel at ease.
